    Dear Moonbeams,
If you succeed, please attribute your success to your own ability & not to judges & your luck !
Yes, with 24 hrs to go, do send more & give the judges a tough time.
    Best of luck.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Friends,
Today is the last day for sending the entries for the competition.
Some entries have come without the photo. There are some, with photos taken from other sites. They are all eligible for disqualification because we had specifically mentioned that the dish should be tried at home, photo taken & posted to us.
    Just to remind you, friends!
Good luck - remember, your participation means a lot to us !
    May the best entry win!!
I take this opportunity to thank every participant & convey my best wishes.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Hi,

Thanks for all the wonderful recipes. I just had something to share for those who like to have Besan with spices. The dish is called "Thalipeet" or Besan Omlette

    Ingredients
    1 cup Besan
1 spring onion leaves - finely chopped
1 big onion - finely chopped
1 big green chilly - finely chopped
    1 tsp chilly powder
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    Oil
    Salt to taste
    Water to bind

    Method:-

    1) Bind all the ingredients alongwith water. It should be an omlette like consistency not too watery.
    2) Pour a little oil and put the batter and spread on the frying pan make it to a size of a chappati.
    3) Fry evenly till slight brown on medium flame till cooked.
    4) Can be served with chappati and rice as a side dish

Alteration - Instead of spring onion leaves you can use corriander leaves. You ca also add rice flour, wheat flour, bajra for more taste. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
