@ Simple girl:
The booties looks damn cute and really are you a beginner? Man you nailed it....
I used to knit earlier, but still in beginner stage.
I saw somewhere in IL, a crochet remote holder.
As I want to keep the remotes and my mobile out of reach from my naughty daughter(2.5 yrs), I made a very first attempt for this remote holder.
Waiting for your feedbacks.
Its nice and cozy yar! Good work
Good work nithu :thumbsup

How to Knit * Hearts Lace stitch * Knit stitches - YouTube
Hi Anita and friends,
After seeing this thread I want to try the above stitch. If I want to knit a scarf, what kind of yarn should I use and how many stitches should I start with?
I usually stick to cotton yarn and start with 30 - 40 chains for crochet.
And I start with 25 live stitches for knitting. But for knitting, I use thicker yarn as much as possible.
If you pause her video, you can count the number of stitches. I think it is 18.
You can use worsted weight / Aran weight or any 10 ply yarn.
for a scarf, is 18 stitches enough to start?
