    Thanks for the great tips on fruits. Very informative and useful.

    Reg. having only fruits for a meal once or twice a week, I wanted to know whether we can combine all / any kinds of fruits, or any particular restriction or any fruit/s?

    there are certain fruits that go well with certain fruits so u need to check with your taste on it like oranges and banana especially the citrus fruits will not blend with all but papaya can be garnished with lemon too try out, and take what you feel good for the taste...

    Hi Sunkan,

    Very useful tips. As far as I know if you eat banana with other
    carbo rich foods you will gain weight. I used to take only fruits
    and vegetables for my breakfast some time before. I felt full
    stomach and got great satisfaction in eating. The problem is
    I felt hungry very early. But when I eat lunch in the afternoon,
    it is like heavenly nectar.
    I used to walk after dinner, now I have to change it.

    Had to follow those last 2 don'ts because I either sleep or walk after the meal (other things i don;t do anyway)
