Sev puri with mango salsa 20-24 maide ke papdi 1 cup fine sev For salsa 1 medium-sized ripe mango (finely chopped) 1 medium-sized red bell pepper (deseeded & chopped) 2 medium-sized tomatoes (chopped) 1 medium-sized onion (chopped) 3-4 cloves garlic (chopped) 2 red chillies whole Salt to taste ½ tbsp lemon juice 1 pickled green chilli (chopped) 4 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped) To prepare the salsa, mix the red bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, garlic and whole red chillies together. Grind these along with half of the chopped mango to a coarse mixture. Transfer into a bowl, add salt, lemon juice, chopped pickled green chilli, half of the chopped coriander leaves and the remaining chopped mango and mix well.
