Taliban and <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:country-region><st1:place>Pakistan</st1:place></st1:country-region> is united to fight a war against <st1:country-region><st1:place>India</st1:place></st1:country-region>, then why does <st1:country-region><st1:place>India</st1:place></st1:country-region> not unite with US to fight a war against <st1:country-region><st1:place>Pakistan</st1:place></st1:country-region>? The <st1:country-region><st1:place>US</st1:place></st1:country-region> is already engaged in fighting the Taliban in <st1:country-region><st1:place>Afghanistan</st1:place></st1:country-region>.

Zardari is not happy with Qasab’s declaration of being a Pakistani. He is asking for more proof so that they can join with <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:country-region><st1:place>India</st1:place></st1:country-region> to evade terrorists!! Let us ask Zardari what are the proof’s he requires and get busy to work on them.

    Hi Mals,

I was also wondering what more evidence is needed for Pakistan to come to terms with the fact that Pakistan in fact is the hub of terrorism.
I have a strong feeling that Pakistan is just being evasive about the whole issue and they are not even 10% committed towards the fight against terrorism.
I just hope the world nations do more than they actually are.

    Regards,
    Yamuna

Our External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee says if there is one more attack of terrorism on India we will strike back with vengence.

Is he iniviting terrorists or tempting them to venture out with their killings?

A Taliban group, Ansar-wa-Mohajir has claimed responsibility for Lahore blasts and Pakistan was seriously trying to push the onus on our head!

How does this lead to Taliban giving full support to Pakistan for waging war against India? Zardari, we are not illiterate!

Twice elected Prime Minsiter of Pakisatan Benazir Bhutto's assassians are roaming freely in Pakistan inspite of Asif Ali Zardari being the President and husband of Benazir Bhutto (so the emotional factor for the hunt should be more!), Pakistan Peoples Party is in power!

One of the accused Baitullah Mehsood leader of the Tehrik-e-Taliban has offered to be part of the Pakistan Army to fight against India post 26/11.

One should not forget PPP had first sought the help of Scotland Yard in Bhutto's investigation and is now running towards UN for assistance!

    Hi Mals

I totally agree with you about the stand that Pakistani Govt is taking. Do you think it is possible that this stand is very different from what the people in Pakistan feel and want.

After many years some form of democracy has come back to Pakistan. The Army desperately wants to take back control and the elected leaders want to divert attention from the socio-economic problems and that is why they are also screaming war.

From what I read on the net, I get the feeling that there is a strong grass roots movement in Pakistan, which wants economic development and not war(just as in India), we should ask our media to give voice to those people as the Pakistani media is still controlled by the Govt and will not give any freedoms.

For eg. there was a under cover investigation done by Geo TV that found and interviewed the families of the terrorist.

What is your take on this?
