    Hi Shama,

    Hope ur doing good. why don't you try some exercise like stretchings, bendings etc or some yoga under proper trainer's guidance. This will help you guys fight your back pain. I am doing yoga everyday. it's really good. it's good for normal delivery delivery too.

    ya now no vomiting..:2thumbsup:
    I do some toe relaxations, hip lifting, cat posture, tiger posture and some more which all comes under yoga. Probably i will try and get those photographs.. It will be easy for all to understand.
    Which month are you in right now?

    it's true I don't do any exercise, but i do go for walks. There is also slight swelling in both my feet, though it's not problematic. Anyone of you having this?

    Nope.. Hip pain is normal! Hope you will be able to handle it!

    You can try moisturizer too! But may say those won't stop stretch mark fully, but might help or reduce irritation in those areas. Lets see how it goes after delivery!

    I think only rest and proper back support can help in controlling hip & lower back pain!

    I am not sure if Funnel Seeds / Sonf is good for pregnancy or not ?
    I am having a strong craving for it and I am eating it a lot....
    How to control this ? I tried controlling but not able to :(
