Hi ladies, Iam starting this tread after a long time of 1 year. in this one year I went through a lots of this emotionally and physically and put on more then 15kg. Now Iam starting this thread to make sure that Iam stepping outside and count my step. Rule is simple you need to walk and count your step and update here walk 10000 steps a day. For making this little easier I have downloaded walkroids app in my phone so by the end of the day it will tell me how much I walk and how much I need to walk more. Good luck.
