    If out of 5-6 teachers in the kid's day care two look after the baby better than the others as in doing small small extra things for the baby , is it a good idea to gift those two a little more than the others ? or is it a good idea to keep the gifts same to avoid them having any grudges ?

    No sorry please:). We all here to help each other.

    I would say give some medium size cookie box or any item you like too for both teachers who takecares of your baby. Other staffs you can present small gifts as they still stay in your baby class .

    yes both of them look after her lovingly and are always happy around her milestones in general . want to acknowledge it by doing something extra but not something that pisses off other teachers in the class... maybe a cookie box or some other gifts is a good thing .
