    today i would like to post yummy seer fish fry recipe


    1. seer fish pieces- 8 -10
    2. chilly powder - 3 tblspn
    3. coriander powder -1/2 tsp
    4. jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
    5. salt as per taste
    6. garlic -8-10 bulbs
    7. lemon juice of 1/2 a lemon
    8. turmeric powder- apinch
    9. corn flour -1 tbspns
    10. rice flour- little
    11. bombay rawa -1tbspn
    12. oil for deep frying

    wash and clean the fish pieces.drain the excess water and keep them aside.
    in a mixer jar grind together- ingredients 2-8 together to a fine adding little water.the paste should be thick enough.

    take the ground masala into a broad basin like dish in which you can mix the masala to the fish properly

    add the cornfour to the masala.if you find it very thick little water can be added.but the masala shouldn't be too watery as well.

    nicely apply this masala to the fish pieces so that the pieces are fuly covered with masala.sprinkle the bombay rava on the fish pieces and mix gently.marinate the fish in the fridge for around one hour.

    .dip the fishes pieces in rice flour..remove the excess rice flour by gently patting the fish and keep them ready.heat oil in a pan,when its hot enough and ready drop in the fish pieces and fry on both sides until almost brown.take care not to burn the fish....let the flame be on high when you drop the fish...after 30 seconds reduce the flame to medium high.repeat the same step while frying the other side of the fish too.

    serve hot with boiled rice.


    the more garlic you add he tastier the fry will be.need
    adjust the spices according to your taste
    we like it spicy so i add little more chilly powder.
