Am allergic to Lemon* I use himalya neem face wash -wash my face twice or thrice a day thn i apply Ayur moisturiser and then SPF 30 sunscreen. * I Do scrubbing and apply cucumber and neem face pack once in a week. * Also am taking atleast 2 or 3 fruits per day and a glass of juice, Green Tea- 2 cups a day and Vitamin C Tablet - 1 each day . * I eat salads, youghurt and everything good.. very very less fried food. * i go for 20-25 minutes walk- daily and dance for half and hour. I dont know what best i can do ........ dnt want those under eye - dark circles and little brown acne scars on face. I need Glow on skin not instant but maintained. That shud remain alwayssssssssss i used oats, curd, eggwhite mask. Yes! it gives instant glow for 2 hours but again it goes down . So need best best glowing skin method In addition if you know any best and easy thing to reduce belly fat. its not too much but i can notice its bulging now
Reducing fat around belly is the toughest when compared to the other parts of the body. Walking, jogging and diet control only helps to a little extent. Abdomen exercises will help but takes good amount if time. You seem to have a good diet schedule. I am not sure what else you can do than whatever you are doing regarding acne scars.
