Are u pregnant again or is this your general question?

Anyway, instead of eating fatty foods try to eat foods that are rich in protein like Lentils, 2 eggs everyday, Chicken or fish, dairy products. Try to eat atleast 70gms of protein per day.

    Re: Suggestions to gain weight

    Hi,

I think you are a few of the lucky ones who dont put on any weight after pregnancy :)

Anyways you shouldnt be eating these fatty foods as it will play havoc with your system later on. In moderation, it is fine. Try and eat protein rich foods like Sima has suggested. You need to also exercise moderately, not to lose weight but to build muscle.

    Love, Riya

    Re: Suggestions to gain weight

    Hi,

I got this from the internet:

General dietary recommendations from the American Heart Association are that adults eat no more than 3-4 eggs yolks each week. Since an egg contains about 213mg of cholesterol, eating eggs too often can cause you to have a diet that is high in cholesterol.

Eggs can be a healthy part of your diet though and shouldn't be avoided altogether. In addition to being high in cholesterol, eggs also have a lot of benefits, including being high in protein, iron, minerals and B vitamins. It is also important to keep in mind that the general recommendations for eating 3-4 eggs per week include eggs that are eaten as an ingredient of other foods, such as cakes.

    Hope this helps!

    Love, Riya
