second month pregnancy stomach pain

    hello,

    i am second month pregnant.i am getting stomach pain in center part of stomach.some times it is getting high.is there any chance of stomach pain during this time.i am not having abdominal pain only stomach pain at center.please tell me any precautions or food items to reduce this pain and make my pregnancy fine

    guess it must be the pain due to gas problem.... gas problem is common during pregnancy...
