Second child in India

Hi moms,

Since we are planning to move back to India and my DD is almost 3 years, I thought it is correct time to plan for a second child.

But since she is born here and if I deliver the second child in India, they both will be two different country citizens. In future if my DD wants to come back here and the second child will be in India(ofcourse, she can sponsor but rules may change) it will be difficult to follow them for their education.

do you think it will be a issue? do the kids will develop complex in this matter?

I am really confused and do not know how to go ahead..
