Well the scope for Ph.D in English is great. There are a lot of schools where Ph.D English are required moreover there are some universities as well which want qualified teachers to come and train Saudi's.

I would like to recommend you to search for universities and schools in Saudi Arabia on Google and then look for career opportunities there. It would be better if you buy visa and visit in person the schools and universities and drop your CV.
