Go for CBSE. reason.if you are planning to return back, she should feel comfortable and i have heard some R2A who have been successful too.

Check out ZION i think they have switched to cbse. one of our ilite, shreyashreyas kids go there i think..

hi friends,

please suggest some good pre-kg school for my son who is2.3 years old.
I have not taken any applicaion as i was in assumption that he should be 2.6 yrs but now i see they are taking kids around 2.3 yrs.

iam looking for some good school around chrompet as we stay in sanitorium.

i checked in sundarvalli but he admissions are over for this year.Iam thinking this year will be wasted for him.

How good is Vivekanand School and Good Earth.

Are the admissions open now for pre-kg for year 2010-2011.

Need details about Zion matriculation school

Hi IL's,

I heard that Zion matriculation school is also one of the beast schools in east tambaram. I need some info about the school. If any of your kids are relatives are studying there please share your thoughts.

1. Which branch is best. I think there are 3 branches. How is the one located in madambakkam.
2. What about spoken english and extra curricular activities
3. Heard that CBSE has been introduced. How is the standard.

For 2011, I need LKG admission. What is the procedure. Can we get the application now?

Hi Nirmal,

The branch in Indra nagar is very good. My cousin studied there from kinder garden till 12th std. She scored too good scores in the board and she is pursuing medicine. She tells me about the individual attention that was given to each student and about pricnipal Vijayan in particular.

Thanks Radha for your inputs. They have introduced CBSE also last year.
I dont know about the standard. So need some more details from IL's.
Then Will they provide Bus facility to madambakkam for Indra nagar school..?
because we are about to shift to madambakkam..

Hai Nirmal, This year i have got my kids admitted in UKG at Alwin Memorial Public School, the CBSE branch of Zion. As the year has just started i cannot tell you about the teaching standard. They studied in Zion, Ganapathi nagar branch last year... their LKG tenure was good... The main branch is the best i think. The other two branches are also good... My DH's cousins studied there and are out with top marks... In any branch the teaching is the same is what they said to me. Spoken english is still not up to the mark, according to me. But its the bad. I think kids will pick up by 1st standard. Extracurricular activities are not given so importance here. They never had a school annual day last year.

And regarding transport services to your area, you have to check it separately.

As of now its satisfactory to me.

Yes Zion has started their cbse venture its named Alwin Memorial Public School... as of now my kids are in UKG... if dont find the sylabus tiring at all compared to what they learnt in Matric last year... its very light and its mainly listening skills this year... the fee structure is very very good.... if you want any more details you can ask me, i will tell you the details if i know or else i can also enquire at the school and tell you....
