Dear Friends, I am moving to UK (Leeds) for an assignment of 2 years from July 2016. My elder son will be completing +1 in April 2016 in CBSE syllabus and daughter completing 4th standard (ICSE). As I am eligible for family visa and child education support, I am planning to continue my children studies in UK. I do not know much about the UK curriculum. If my son after completing +1, joins UK school, in which std. he can seek admission ? I understand that in UK Secondary Education ends by std. XI. Moreover in UK academic year starts in September. How can my son and daughter cope up with England syllabus? Pl. advise Padmaja
Hi- If the assignment is only for two years then my suggestion will be to continue your Kids studies back in India. - it will be tough for Kids - Not studies, but socially - everything will be new for them. Rgs Saj
