    hi suja,
no it doesn't has any power supply.its normal kids bicycle for 3yrs kids.we bought from indiaBSA and brought here to egypt.even it has no dynamos.whenever i get shock, the sound (like mosquito bat)also comes along with it.when we wear rubber slipper and touch them there is no shock at all and also if another people touch as soon as we had the shock ,they don't feel the one!.first my mom was keep on saying that there is no shock at all.its jus my imagination.then only we found that whenever she touch my kids she was wearin rubber slipper.so we asked her to remove her slipper and touch them, she too had the shock.we dont know whom to contact? doctor or cycle mechanic:bonk

It could be static electricity ,some people feel more some dont.search on google for more info.more common in houses which are fully carpeted.

Yes, I also think it is static electricity that occurs from the rubber wheels rubbing on the rug was they ride inside. Its not a big deal. It should not occor outside when they ride out there.

    hi tashi,
no they don't ride on the carpet.they rode over the bare floor.main thing is that they also get the shock same tym when we touch them.hw to stop this if it is static electricity.

Really strange to hear.. As suggested by members here, it might be static current. But that should not be as powerful as this to feel as shock.

    Hi there!
Can you research the electostatic discharge and see if anything mentioned in there, applies to the way the bike is assembled or any component may be affected which gives off ESD.

    Thanks

Better consult a mechanic.. Ask him to come to ur home and ask him to try the same.
