Hey all, I am new here n here's first post.:cheers Do you guys know any type of silk saree (kancheepuram) that ranges from 1000-2500?? For eg Samudrika from JL silks is under 3000. I am going to kochi next week. I dont wnat to go 4 very costly sarees. I dont like synthetic much. And which is good JL, Seematti or KS? I dont like Parthas. I had bought a traditional Yellow with Green boarder Kanchi saree (2k)from there and it bled to death. All the green started coming out in rain and I tried to wash it and it got spoilt. Also, is there any way to wash Kanchi sarees at home than dry cleaning? In USA, dry cleaning is very costly. Pls let me know.
