Salwar Kameez alterations in Richmond, VA area please help!

Hi,
I'm new to IL and I am looking for somebody to do alterations to my salwar kameez in Richmond, VA area. I can go as far as D.C. if it means that my suit does not get ruined. My mil sent me an outfit to wear to a wedding and for some reason it is not fitting right. I sent her the measurements and I can not get it past my underarms. I'd like to find somebody family with Indian clothes to look at it to see if anything can be done.
