Dear sai sakthi, I have got the Tamil version of Shri Sai Satcharita from Shirdi.In this book Sai Baba's wonderful leela's and His teachings are described.I would like to share one of the chapter from Shri Sai Satcharita, as a Thursday Message to all our IL Sai devotees.(chapter 10). Sai Baba as Sadguru. SaiBaba lived a very simple life withausterity and was accessible to all-the rich, the poor and the devoted andthose who were not that devoted. Though he was beyond the limits of space andtime, he was so humble that only those who were blessed could really understandthe God who was present there in the form of Saibaba. Shri Sai Satcharitha says: “Sai Baba never thought of making the show of His worth. He had noBody-consciousness, but He had great love for His disciples. Thereare two kinds of Guru’s(1)’ Niyat’(appointed or fixed) and (2)’Aniyat’.(Unappointedor general).The latter by their advice develop the good Qualities in us purifyour hearts and set us on the path of salvation. But contact with the former, dispelsour sense of dualities (sense Of difference), and establishes us in Unity bymaking us realize “Thou art that”. There are various gurus imparting to usvarious kinds Of worldly knowledge but he, who fixes us in our Nature (Self)and carries us beyond the ocean of worldly existence, is theSadguru. Sai Baba was such a Sadguru. His greatness is indescribable. Ifanybody went to take His darshan, He without being asked would give everydetail of his past, present and future. He saw Divinity in all beings. Friendsand foes were alike to Him .Disinterested and balanced, He obliged theevil-doers as well as the pious. He was the same in prosperity and adversity.No doubt ever touched Him. ThoughHe acted through the body He was, not in the least, attached To His body or house.
