Sad....added lost weight after visiting maternal home

    I was sooooooo happy to have lost all the post pregnancy weight...but I stayed at mommy's for the last 1.5 months and have added 3 kilos:((((
    Needless to say mommy fed me quite a lot and enjoyed every bit of her tasty food...

    please motivate me to lose weight now that i am back home...

    Don't be sad honey. The best part about adding weight is that you can loose it. 3 kgs is not that big a amount.

    Start by eating healthy and by eating moderately. 1 kilo will go following this practice. Rest 2 kilos you will push down with walking.

    So buck up girl. When people who are 30 kgs over weight can loose it then why not you. Its only 3 kilos and before you know it will be gone.

    Start moving to start loosing.

    Hi enlightened,

    I feel you can afford to put on 3kgs by eating mom's food and still not feel bad about it. Think of the good times when you relished eating that food. Now dont feel sad and guilty and spoil the good memories.

    Since you know the secret of losing weight now, as you said you lost the post-preg weight, relax and slowly get into the rhythm now. Tell yourself that you had good time eating enough good food, now its the time to relax and working on shedding those pounds. Tell yourself that you can lose the extra pounds to be back in shape once again to eat mom's delicious food. This will work the trick.
