Rice cooker

I have an electric rice cooker which i use to cook only rice varieties.
Can i cook anything else other than that.

Hi Sripriya,

I used to have a rice cooker and used to do alot of stuffs in it.It may be weird I have even boiled milk in it. You can make different types of rices, kheer and also palgova(I hope u know wht it is being in chennai). You can also make different kinds of payasam in it. The only item tht it wud not do properly is steaming lentils in it.
