    Cost depends on state to state. In order to get this certificate, you need to complete some 60-70/80 hours pre-licensing course. In Florida total cost is application fee + course + exam fee comes somewhere around 700$-800$. There is also time period you need to renew every 2 or 3 years. again that’s different from state to state.

    Do you know about loan signing agent certification ? Is this diff from real estate or same certification?

    They both are different. You can have both certifications/license but you cannot be both at a same time for a deal/closing, let’s say if you are the real estate agent on a mortgage transaction, you cannot also be the notary loan signing agent. I think you should have active notary license/commision, loan sign agent course followed by background check and surety bond and other things abased on your state requirement.

    schools and daycares have lot of openings and flexible hours. Why don’t you try there. Lot of my friends work as substitute teachers and are happy with their schedule.
