Rava Dosa 1 cup Sooji rava (coarse variety) 1/2 cup Rice flour 1/4th cup Maida (I replaced maida with wheat flour) little red chilli powder Pinch of hing Finely chopped onions Finely chopped green chillies Finely chopped cilantro Buttermilk (sour buttermilk gives a better taste) Salt to taste Mix,rava,rice flour,wheat flour,salt,little hing,red chilli powder,chopped onions,cilantro and green chillies.Add buttermilk and mix well into a batter of running consistency (thinner than dosa batter).Heat an iron tawa till smoking hot,lower the flame.Pour the batter on the tava(do not spread the batter) and smear with little oil,cook on a medium flame till done.Remove and serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
