Couldnt decide which thread is appropriate to post my question hence putting it here :BangHead:

after we are past the pandemic , when its time to reopen the business and work from home is no longer available how are you deciding on child care issue . would you be still sending your kid to the day care as before or switching to at home nanny ? what are the decisive factors ? and how soon you would start your search in case of a change ? would it be safe to continue sending to the day care or nanny is better ? this assuming by next month end restrictions would ease out a little and i would need to start commuting to work. thank you .

It is good if you start new thread with your questions under general discussions sub forum. New threads always catch IL members's attention.
