Require help in negotiating salary

    Hi

    I am presently working in India in a manager position with a salary of around 14 lakhs per annum. I am now considering moving to Singapore in my next job. I would like to know what's the equivalent salary for 14lpa in Singapore? Your inputs will be very helpful.

    Hi Raja,

    I am unsure how the conversion will work out to be, but i think it would be easier to discuss your job scope and your experience and people from similar field can pitch in to give their suggestion on the salary range here and how to go about negotiating it to get a maximum benefit.
