Request For Murugan Sloka

Hi,

Do anyone know what sloka is this - the starting of this sloka or the whole sloka?

I just know one line of it and all para contains 4-5 lines and end with "Kundra Kudivalar Kumaresa"

In one of the para this will come

Thandhaiyaana Jegadeesanukku Arul Mandhira....
Sindhai Kulira Ubadesam seidha
Kundra Kudivalar Kumaresa...


Its like some 20 to 40 small paras will be there - each 4-5 lines I guess...

Very poor memory I have. I just remember only these...

Any help would be deeply appreciated..
