i have a 2 bedroom brand new flat in chennai...700 sql feet. want to lease it...how does leasing usually works..how many years are the lease usually for. is it safe to lease..what to look for... do we lease it to companies or individuals. what are the pros and cons of leasing it than going by yearly rental agreements to individuals
Hi, Lease is actually very good for the tenants. As of I heard, it is risky for the tenants only. Tenants need to be more careful. Make sure u give to good people. Check the family such as if they r young ppl meets their parents also. U have to put an agreement for 11 Mnts. EVery yr renew the agreement. When u want to end, give back the money and place a new tenant. Or else after a period of time, increase the lease amt and continue.
