Removing your own nazar/Drishti

I guess wearing a tabeez (a blessed pendant like thing) is advised to protect us from evil eye

 

Personally I don't believe in the evil eye. If it were true a lot of people I know should have got hit by a truck (Courtesy: My evil eye. Only if I knew how to drive one I would do it myself)

Anyways, you know the camphor trick I believe. Now, since you can't do that on yourself, ask someone else to do it for you. Simple as that.

 

One of the ways to get this done is to 'avoid' attracting the drishti in the first place. Normally in our family, we apply small dot of 'kaajal' behind the ear or under the feet (a small dot). Thats supposed to help with preventing the bad eye/ drishti.

 

not as simple if you live in a far away land not knowing whom to ask.
