    Hi All,

If any of you have shower screens/doors, you know how the soap scum builds up on them? I have found a very easy way to remove the soap scum without using ammonia or any strong cleaners.

What I do is go out and buy the cheapest fabric softener sheets (usually from a dollar store) and take one each time I clean the bathroom. All you need to do is pour some water over the area/door that has soap scum. Then take the fabric softener sheet and apply a little water. Start wiping the door and wash it off immediately once you are done with that area/door. The shower doors will be sparkling and look as if they are new.

You can also use the liquid fabric softener by adding half water. You can either take a sponge soaked in the liquid to clean the door or put it in a spray bottle and use it.

    hi all

I use Scrubbling Bubbles ( i get 3 pack from costco) which works great on soap scum. But before you apply that your bath tub or shower have to be dry without water.

    cheers

    Hi desidiva,

That's a cool idea for removing soap scum. Usually, I use Lysol/Tilex soap scum remover. Of course as for bathroom cleaning, we have to take care by wearing gloves, opening windows...etc...the whole nine yards...sure will give this a try !

    Thanks
    Krithika
