Ice cream stain-Soak it in warm water ,then brush it with table salt.
Mehandi stain-Apply some warm milk on the stain. After 30 mys wash.
Emulsion paint stain-Dip the cloth in water .Then apply spirit on a cotton ball and apply it on the stain.

Blood stain-As soon as it is stained ,wash. Then wash with detergenet.

    Dear Mals
For rust stain wash the cloth in cold water and then rub salt and then wash.
You can even try rubbing lemon juice and soak it for 1/2 hr and then wash.
For the other stain try applying some eculyptus oil ,one spoon .Wash it in soap water after 1/2 an hour.
