Remedy to avoid heat boils on forehead and make face glow

I used to get lot of heat boils on my forehead. Many gave various suggestions like apply sandalwood paste, apply almond oil, drink lots of water and much much more. But all in vain.

At last someone told me about applying ice cubes on face. I thought this was yet another advice which will not work for me, but still I tried. But what a magic!! Within few days all the bumps vanished and also added an extra glow to my face...

Every night before going to sleep I massage my face with ice cubes. It cleanses our face and prevents boils. (But it does not cure pimples/acne).
