    Hi,
As others said fenugreek is a great remedy. Eat fresh fruits/fruit juices.

    Hi dear,
I suggest you start taking Bcomplex supplements everyday for a month, and see how your next period goes. I'm sure whatever deficiency you had in thiamine and riboflavin, which are helpful in fighting pms, will be recovered and you might have an easy period. Also, eat healthy home made food, including yogurt, beans and fresh fruits and vegetables.
