    Hi Yams

Good write up,the dentists can display this on their clinic.

if you have a stomach ailment( gastric, ulceration form and allied) you will hv bad breath, plaque formation, caries etc , so unless you get a cure fr this ur dental hassles wd continue........the health of oral cavity is the index of one s body.

yes oral hygiene is very very important, also if taking a small nap (afternoon nap) or at a work desk where one is not talking for loooong time, in such circumstances there is possibility of developing stale smell in your mouth. Chew a pepermint chewing gum to keep the flow of saliva and it will help to keep the breath fresh.

Thanks for the tips dear....bad breath is a very common problem faced by many people and it can become embarassing at times.

My MIL always carries a few green elaichis and some saunf in her handbag to avoid such a scenario.

We must make it a point to go for regular dental check-ups. Cavity build-up also causes mouth odour and yes, as you said...brushing the teeth ar atleast gargling with some mouthwash is always helpful.

On the onset of menstruation, menopause, pregnancy and gingivitis, women tend to have bad breath. This occurs as a result of the sudden shift or imbalance of hormones. Check with your doctor for best prescribed advice.
