Relocating To Raleigh , Nc From Ca - Looking For Good Schools , Neighborhood

Hello Friends ,
We are moving to Raleigh , NC from CA at the end of January. Have 2 school going kids and my husband will be working for Cisco. Please provide apartments with good school district and indian communities. Bein in CA for quite some years , we had lots of friends , and looking forward for the same in Raleigh too.

Also interested to know how the real estate in Raleigh , the house prices are sky rocket in CA , will it be possible to afford to buy the independent house in Raleigh , if so , any pointers on the price range will be great too.
