    Hi Ladies

    I am an NRI and looking for reliable Real estate agent to sell a plot in Bangalore. can any one suggest?
    If not, can any one throw some light on the documents required for sale, how long does the transfer take place and is it possible for the sale to happen without being there in person ( I mean using a PA)?
