Being a human being is difficult. Our lives are filled these days with stress, and many complications. What most of us don't realize is that stress complicates things even more. We should all try to take a few minutes when we feel this way, to stop...breathe deeply, and visualize ourselves in a place where we can listen to the sound of our own bodies...listen to your heart beat...concentrate on it as you breathe. Feel your mind slow down, and thought begin to flow freely. This will make it much easier to deal with the complications you have in your life...clear the pathway for thought. If you find this difficult, use a little lavender oil, wipe it beneath your nose, or if you have it in your garden bring some in and keep it close to you while you do this exercise. Dear sundari Sunday is the most stressful day than all days we need to calm ourselves for the whole week long process prepare for the next comming week run around the house behind all rt frm morng to wake them up feed them and even ask them to bathe on sundayss( cook sunday special and make arrangements of the dinner early also so tht we can go out on a round on sunday ) dont knw if we can afford to have a nap for 30 min on sunday aftnoon yes all we do on sunday is eat early around 7 and go to be soon ) at 8 pm sadly thinking sunday is over waiting for next sunday but history is same
i can understand rv, even the servants complain too many vessels on monday, as we have to make a lot of variety so they could relax and have so all those extras with more to add during tiffin, and then some left over and some more dinner, but if we could plan on friday for the weekends like the dessert part and tiffin part make a quick look at what u have and mentally prepare i think u can solve this problem a little more better...regards sunkan
