This could work out to be a word-problem in highschool arithmetic. If one misbehaving parent required x cubic feet of ocean water to drown, and we have Y million of them ready to drown, how much water would we need ?

Perhaps BB is too Shallow to drown a lot. Rivers B'P and Ganges shove such a lot of alluvial soil into the bay, and continue to make it shallower each year.

Your question on BB brings up an important thought. If Ganges drowning can get a person direct to heaven, would Ganges water diluted BB, result in a one-stop-transit to heaven ?
