Hello All, I want to know that is there any reduction in registeration/stamp duty charges while buying a property in woman's name in tamil nadu. There is such kind of rule is being implemented in Pondicherry now that if a property is bought/registered in the name of woman, the registeration/stamp duty is almost half of the normal charges. Any information in this regard is highly appreciated.. Thanks Rajesh
Rajesh, I knew a little about there being concession, but have not seen proof of implementation. did you get the concession. if so how did you go about. did you have to submit any extra documents fro the same. do share.
