Regarding h1B visa renewal

    Hi friends

    My husband visa is going to expire by march 2014......he will be going der by dec.....

    my question

    if he initiates my h4 visa..it will be valid only for march 2014 till my huband visa ..Therefore
    he wants to renew his visa first,then he want to initiate for my h4......so that my visa also get long date till my husband...

    can any one plz tell how long it will take this whole process.....

    Is der any possibility i can join my husband early....

    i heard some times it will take long times ..that means i have to wait .....


    Plz help me with some solutions....
