hi ladies We have planned to buy a villa in chennai, and our budget is 50l. For this budget we zeroed down to Oragadum's Inno zeocity and temple green of arun excello. Since this is our first asset and we are putting our hard earned money in this iam very confused. I always lands in Indusladies when i have confusions. I have so many queries, plz do help for me 1. After 5 years what will be the future of Oragadum. 2. Since iam opting for villa, can i give it for rent in future. 3. Will the resale value will be good or not? since iam hearing that even old flats in cities have good resale values. 4. Do anybody knows good projects(villas) around 50L? 5. Quality of Arun excello? 6. Any of u have booked a villa in that? Thanks in Advance
