Julie, I usually go to a philippine beauty parlour which is near by my home. They charge QR. 20 for threading (eyebrows) and QR10 for the upper lip , QR.50 for pedicure and QR. 50 for manicure and for the hair cut they have diff charges for medium hair , short hair and long hair. but usually charges starts from QR. 50 . Last time when i had a step cut they charged me qr.50 and for waxing i guess it was qr.40 (full hand ). Regards Jareena
Hi Julie, All the best for your new venture... In Lulu beauty parlour , i think they charge 5 riyals for upper lip. For step cut with hair wash the charge is 70 riyals. These are the rates that am aware of, I haven't tried other services.
