How safe is it for children to play in the flats downstairs. Do housewives feel safe and are neighbours friendly and helpful? I am talking in Chennai.
Well not specific to chennai,but hearing so much of news and negativity around,I think we should accompany our kids downstairs to a certain age.. Until they r quite smart in figuring out stuff.. may neighbor aunty in chennai accompanies her 15 year daughter to school everyday for safety.. to each to their own.. better safe than worry
