reducing fats in belly

    hi,
    help me to reduce my belly fat alone not the other parts like my cheeks and so on. my weight is equal to my height. belly only seems to be hard. please help me.

    Belly is the most toughest part to lose weight.. But cycling helps a lot!
    I see a great difference if I do cycling continuously!! I think it makes the abs really work.

    You cant lose fat from a specific part. On exercising fat will be reduced on a whole. Do try out some stomach tightening exercises like cruches, bicycle crunches, push- ups etc.

    I had very bad fat belly:(.most of the time i used to feel very odd for myself.i started doing the crunches ,reverse cycling and sits up sincerely 20-30 mins daily.now, seriously it's reduced to half with in 20 days:).

    Please post your workout schedule in detail.
    For e.g. crunches - number
    sit ups - how many
    cycling - how much time and speed.

    1. 2 to 3 types of crunches 25-30 times each.
    2. sits up-20
    3. Reverse cycling in air 10-15 mins .Speed maximum level that u can do.

    i am 26 yrs old girl having 2.6 months old kid and i have a very big abdomen and it looks like a pregnant women...please tell me the ways to reduce....
