    Hi,

Please share your ideas of how to reduce heat from toddler's body. My DD is getting red round rash which is also hard and bulged when touched. She is getting these on hands cheeks etc. They are staying for 2 or 3 days. Again forming in different places.

Her ped thought is a bug bite when I took her with just one on cheek.

    1. I stopped all heat producing foods.
    2. Adding jeera, bottleguard in her foods
    3. She is drinking enough water.

    Please add in your comments.

Giving oil bath once a week is very effective for reducing body heat. Yogurt also works well against body heat.
Applying a drop of castor oil on the tummy also works well. But the thing castor oil is super sticky.

apply a drop of castor oil on the tummy and on under the feet her sole. sure remedy for heat. and do apply oil on her scalp. just massage the oil into her scalp with finger tips.

    give her lots of water.

If it is heat, she may cry while passing urine.

sometimes it could be a allergy. keep watch.
