Reduce fat in Upper arms

    1. Bring your hands to side of chest,raise your entire body by straightening your arms and doing a press-up.
    2. Place your left knee on the floor and raise your right leg up. Bend your elbows and go down towards the floor without touching the floor.
    3. Maintain posture from 30secs-1min.
    4. Bring right leg down and place chest on floor, lie down on stomach, relax.
    5. Repeat with other leg.


    Caution:Those who have tennis elbow and wrist and elbow problems kindly avoid this asana.
