Hi All, Did anyone tried red velvet cupcakes? If so, tell me your tried version of your cake recipe. I goggled it but so many recipes..not sure how it will turn out.
I would try this one if I were going to make it: Southern Red Velvet Cake Recipe : : Food Network Just so you know, cupcakes are always drier than a layer cake so I would make a layer cake. You will need a couple 8" round cakes pans.
