Hi, Pls help me ...i m working as as an Hr recruiter in a consultancy in Chennai. I was working for 10 months as recruiter then i resigned my job in 2007 due to my marriage and my bays dilvery.now i got a job in 2010 after a long break.This is my fifth month in this consulting firm. i m a be 2005 graduate..is there anyway to build up my career.pls help. i ike to enter a cooperate.kindly help me....pls
