Single Papa. A 6 episode web series. Starring Kunal Khemu, the protagonist and his sister, along with the cute little baby, literally steals your heart away. This is a good web series that I have seen in a long time.

The storyline itself is very simple. Yet the characters are so heartwarming and even though the ending is predictable, it tugs at the strings of your heart. It made me laugh at some points, tear up a couple of times took me on a roller coaster emotional ride.

Its a definite watch and 100% recommended .

Emily in Paris is back with S5 and so are Mindy, Marcello, Alfie and Nico. Chef Gabriel comes in a guest appearance. Watch S5 to follow Emily and her bunch on their adventures across Europe. Recommend!!

Watched #90s A middle class biopic in Tamil. There was only S1 on netflix eventhough 2 seasons have released. Absolutely loved it. Though technically they show posters of films like Om Shanti Om and Taare Zameen par that released in 2000s, the web series aims to be a true 90s one. Be it the strict father who is a government teacher to his first 2 children who are good at studies and the last one who is weak in academics, this one shines in S1. I hope Netflix releases S2 soon

Sky Castle. I recently finished watching this exceptionally good Korean Drama. 20 episodes long series, this is easily my top and favorite pick of all the non-romance category series I have ever watched so far in any language whatsoever.

Its about 4 families living in an exclusive area in Seoul called Sky Castle. The parents are obsessed with sending their kids to top Universities in Korea and to what extent would they go and put pressure on their kids to get into top ranked ones.

Eventhough the drama may be Korean, it aptly highlights the state of parenting and academic pressure on kids to perform exceptionally well. Each character is beautifully written with multilayers of personalities. At some point, you end up feeling sorry for some of the characters. Brilliant storytelling, brilliant acting exceptional everything else!!

If I were to recommend one drama to watch, it would be this! Don't miss. Must watch

I Hear Your Voice - An 18 episode KDrama. Tella the story of a young man who can hear people’s thoughts uses his ability to protect a sharp-tongued lawyer haunted by a past crime.
Together, they confront injustice, trauma, and love while learning to trust and heal. I enjoyed the plot and the pace. Recommend

Watched a 20 episode KDrama Reunited Worlds.

Its about a boy who is framed for murder and is also killed in a freak road accident the same day. 11 years later, he wakes up like from a nap. All his friends and his sweetheart have aged by 11 years. He is still the 19 year old though.

He needs to reunited his scattered siblings, find out who framed him and also who was driving the car that killed him, while giving closure to his childhood sweetheart. All this before he goes back.

I enjoyed the KDrama. As usual, the plot was very new, the acting by the lead male character was awesome and the gang of friends and the day to day situations are so relatable even from an Indian perspective.

    Definitely recommend!!

Watched 16 episode KDrama The Privileged on Netflix. Its about a chaebol heiress who works as a part timer and hides her identity to find true love. This series was very disappointing and nothing new about the plot and the main leads were not even that good looking or drool worthy. Give this one a skip and save your time.

Taskaree. This 7 episode Hindi thriller on Netflix gets a solid 5 stars from me. Its a riveting story about a group of honest customs officials. Emraan Hashmi has changed his label from kissing star to a good actor and boy !! Is he ageing like fine wine. I liked everything about this series and I wont give away any more of it. So run....watch this one. Very worth it. Pssst...I hear that a season 2 is in the offing. Cant wait to watch that too.

Free Bert on Netflix is fine, but forgettable.

A few funny moments land, but much of it feels loud and repetitive rather than sharp.
If you’re already a Bert Kreischer fan you might enjoy it — otherwise, it’s an easy skip.
