Dear Friends, I am on the lookout for a good discount shoes shop in Chennai, all my earlier footwear purchases were from Saravana Stores (7 storey) T Nagar only where the price is great and discount also is good. The shoes bought at budget prices (350-400Rs) in Saravana Stores have lasted about 3-4 years. Even slippers having MRP 250 of reputed brands are sold at 150-200 rs and they too have lasted really well.. I had been to some shops near my home but their prices are very high and there is no transparency i.e the rate is not printed on the shoe so it seems by looking at the customer they tell the price. Their minimum price is 700-800 whereas in Saravana Stores we can get same quality at 400 rs, so i just stopped going to shoe stores in Chennai and visit only those stores which have mrp / sales price printed on them. Now I want to purchase good quality sports / canvas shoes. Many online stores like myntra, flipkart offer great discounts on branded shoes ie shoes worth 3K are available for 900 Rs,, Bata also offers discount shoes. But I dont like to buy shoe online, I like to try and feel it and then buy the shoes. Only electronics and other items I have bought online. Hence I would like to know where can i get shoes at good discount in Chennai in stores. One shop is there just at the turning in little mount from guindy to saidapet court, it offers discount shoes 1+1 free at 500 Rs min, i.e Rs.250/- per pair, but i found only good formal & party shoes there, could not find good sports shoes there. Hence please recommend me a shop which sells all branded shoes at discount rates, many shops dont give any discount and sell the branded product at MRP itself, online stores take full advantage of ecommerce and sell it at minimum margin price.. Here are some deals which I would like to buy, any idea where in chennai can i get this product / brand / quality at this price. Even if any one is available in stores I will buy..
